Hello and welcome to Poetry in Time.
I’m Cathie K and I and my dog, Max, are happy you joined us.
Poetry has always been one of my favorite ways to create calm in a turbulent world. As a singer, music is always a good option, too.
I want to share these poems and sayings and even song lyrics with you in hopes you will also find some peace and quiet for 15 minutes or so.
I have always loved to read; I was one of those kids who went to the library every day, checked out as many books as I could carry, and went back the next day to do the same! That is probably why I ended up with a Master’s degree in English literature. So, I have books piled up everywhere.
